Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in St. Thomas Ontario and are globally sourced from the highest quality spices with first preference given to organic and natural origins to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Our production team proudly produces and packages quality and care in every bottle.
What is your lead-time for delivery?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days during most of the year however we may require additional time during busy seasons. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are out of our control once shipped.
How is Shipping calculated?
Wholesale shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Orders are delivered via well-known couriers that offer the best commercial rates wherever possible.
What is your Wholesale refund or return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
