You have 3 days after receiving your shipment to notify us of any discrepancies, damages or to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was shipped in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that Pepper Tree Spice Co. is not responsible or liable for any damages to your shipment once it has been accepted by the courier for delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For the safety of our staff and clients, we do not accept return or broken packages or items. Please get in touch with us and include photos of any damage. Please retain any damaged goods until Pepper Tree Spice Co. has authorized disposition. Let us know if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be only be permitted with authorization from Pepper Tree Spice Co. Please get in touch with any specific questions about your products.
Refunds/Credits
We will notify you once we’ve completed our review, and let you know if the refund or credit has been approved. If approved, your credit with be visible on the portal and available for use on your next order. If a refund is expected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
