All wholesale orders are shipped via Canada Post or courier services. Pepper Tree Spice Co. assumes no responsibility for delays or liability for damages to packaging, product, or property after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

All of our spices are created with purity in mind that are free from wheat, diary, egg, soy, nuts, peanuts and MSG with little to no salt or sugar. We excited to be working towards our Gluten-Free Certification.

Our products are manufactured locally in St. Thomas Ontario and are globally sourced from the highest quality spices with first preference given to organic and natural origins to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Our production team proudly produces and packages quality and care in every bottle.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days during most of the year however we may require additional time during busy seasons. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are out of our control once shipped.

Wholesale shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Orders are delivered via well-known couriers that offer the best commercial rates wherever possible.
